Nothing in these business terms affect your statutory rights. All terms and conditions are governed by English Law.

Contract

The contract between you (the customer) and Lillyanns is created when you follow the simple online instructions taking you through the order process and checking out. In clicking the ‘confirm order’ button you are committing to purchase the goods at the price offered together with any applicable delivery costs.

Pricing and Dilivery

All prices and delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to availability. We take care to ensure that the prices and details that are shown on our website are correct and these are regularly checked.  Please note however, that we reserve the right to refuse an order or change details if we identify a pricing or product description error, if the product is out of stock and no longer available or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. We will always give you the opportunity to cancel an order if any important changes need to be made. You also have the right the cancel your order at any time before you receive it. Where items are not in stock we will advise you of an estimated delivery date and do our upmost to ensure that goods are delivered on that date or within a reasonable period thereafter but as we are relying on the information we receive from manufacturers (who may also be out of stock) it may take a little longer and we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of delivery dates provided.

Damaged Goods

Lillyanns takes a great deal of care to ensure that all products are packed properly to ensure that they are not damaged. Lillyanns always uses a courier for delivery (unless otherwise stated) and it would be extremely unusual for any of our goods to arrive in anything less than perfect condition but we do understand that accidents can occur and if you do experience any problems please contact us within three working days and we will endeavour to replace any damaged item free of charge. If your item has been damaged we may ask that the damaged item be photographed or returned to us for inspection so it is important that you keep the item concerned in its original packaging.  Any goods being returned remain the customer’s responsibility until we receive them.

Product Guarantee

All products should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. The product warranties offered are those of the manufacturers and, unfortunately, Lillyanns offer no further warranty. We want our customers to be delighted with our products but if you have any concerns please contact us immediately.  We make every effort to ensure that the products we supply correspond exactly to those that are shown on our website.  However, please note that some of our products may be hand finished or use certain types of material which has very slight variations in it and this is how it is supplied to us by the manufacturer and leads to the unique features of the product. 

Returns

Unfortunately we do not usually accept returns except where goods are faulty. If however any items supplied by us do not suit your needs, and they were not ordered especially for you, it may be possible for you to return them provided that you advise us in writing within seven days of delivery and then return the goods in perfect condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us in perfect condition and to pay for the return delivery costs.  We will not refund the costs of delivery except where goods were faulty. Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility for supplying a full and correct delivery address.  Our couriers will supply reasonable opportunity for re-delivery but if goods are returned to us undelivered the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs. For goods that require exporting, it is the customer who is liable for all customs duties, taxes, import levies and other similar or related costs. Where Lillyanns have to pay such costs they will be re-charged to the customer.

Restricted Goods

In agreeing to our business terms and in order to be eligible to purchase goods from Lillyanns and enter into a contract, by law, customers must be over 18 years of age.  By reading these terms and conditions, entering your details and making payment you are confirming that you are indeed over 18 years of age.  By confirming the above, you are also complying with the law on the sale of knives.

Linked Sites

We make no representations about any other website that you may gain access to via Lillyanns website. Any other website is independent of Lillyanns and we have no control over the content of that website, nor will we be held accountable for any loss, damage or offence caused by the use of any goods or services or otherwise when accessing another website through Lillyanns.  Please direct any concerns you may have to admin@lillyanns.co.uk.

Amendment to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and it is the customer’s responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions each time you use the Lillyanns website.

Data Protection

The personal data you submit in order for us to process your order may be used from time to time to monitor and improve our service to you and for marketing purposes.  Lillyanns may send you brochures or leaflets or notify you of special offers or promotions.  We will respect the privacy and will comply with all relevant and data protection legislation and will not disclose your personal data to anyone unless required to do so by law. If you do not wish to receive any details of promotional offers from us then please advise.
